Nature promotes our health in many ways. Spending time in nature can bring every one of us more vitality, better health and fitness, and most of all more joy! Besides bodies, I want to move people’s minds, and get my customers to think about their health and wellness from new perspectives.
Forest Mind Method
Forest Mind is a Finnish method of mental skills exercises designed to utilize and intensify the natural healing effects of forests. This method uses the latest, most widely accepted trends in psychology, therapy, and coaching, including mindfulness and life coaching, in a natural setting or with natural imagery.
Anyone can use the Forest Mind exercises consciously and purposefully to develop internal mental skills that support physical and mental wellness. There are more than 100 exercises, which you can practice either outdoors or indoors, alone or in a group. Forest Mind is ideal for promoting self-awareness, relaxation, stress relief, refreshment, and invigoration.
Forest Mind Wellness Walks
Recharge your body and mind in nature! During this nature walk you will get to know the Forest Mind method. We intensify nature’s own health effects by activating our senses and strengthening a receptive and friendly relationship with ourselves. After the exercises your body feels refreshed and relaxed, you feel better with yourself and have more positive feelings and energy.

Forest Mind wellness moment can be arranged in a park, garden, forest, seashore or other natural environment. I’ll be happy to show you my favourite nature spots in Helsinki and neighbouring cities! Prepare for the weather, put on enough clothes suitable for light movement and wear shoes which allow you to walk on natural surfaces. The program is suitable for everyone, disabilities can be taken into account depending on location.

See the city with new eyes: combine sightseeing, exercise and nature experience!
Urban hiking means exploring the city by walking. The route follows streets, walking paths and trails, and you can see both interesting sights as well as beautiful nature views. Maybe we’ll stop in a nice café on the way too. Hiking in the city is good exercise, and you will see and experience things you wouldn´t see while sitting in the car.
My urban hikes will take you to Töölö or Arabia districts. On the way we will see interesting local places and refresh ourselves in city nature. The route follows streets and in some parts sandy walking trails. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water and a little snack.
